Workability, reduce water-cement ratio, save cement consumption, stable chemical properties, can be used in highways, railways, bridges, dams, ports, docks, high-rise buildings, industrial and civil buildings, prefabricated components, various cement products, etc.
1. Product Features
1. Appearance is gray-brown powder.
2. It can significantly improve the early strength of concrete. Under standard curing conditions, the strength can reach about 100% of the design strength of concrete in three days, and the strength will increase normally in the later period.
3. It can shorten the natural maintenance cycle, speed up the production cycle and the turnover of the template site, improve work efficiency, save energy, reduce costs, and is suitable for continuous operation.
4. It has a large water-reducing effect, and can reduce water by more than 15% under the condition that the slump of the original concrete remains unchanged. Water reduction shall be carried out according to the requirements of concrete slump during construction.
5. Under the condition of keeping the slump and strength of the original concrete unchanged, it can save 10~15% of cement.
6. This product does not contain chlorine salt and has no rust effect on steel bars.
2. How to use
1. The dosage of this product is about 1% of the cement dosage.
2. Put this product directly into the mixer with sand, stone, cement and other materials and mix evenly before pouring.
3. After the concrete is finally set, the maintenance should be strengthened, and attention should be paid to heat preservation and moisture retention.
3. Packaging and storage
1. This product is packed in woven bags lined with plastic film, 40 or 50 kg per bag.
2. This product should be stored in a dry place, pay attention to moisture and damage.
