SJ type anti-corrosion pumping agent is a liquid product. The dosage is 2.5~3.0% of cementitious material. 4. Key points of product application technology
1. Use this product in accordance with Tie Jian [2005] No. 157 "Interim Regulations on Durability Design of Railway Concrete Structures", TB10120-2002, J160-2002 "Technical Specifications for Railway Gas Tunnels", GBJ82-85, GB/T2420-1981, JC /T1011-2006 "Concrete anti-sulfate corrosion preservative" standard.
2. Dosage: selected according to the nature of corrosion and the environment, the lower limit of the weak corrosion environment, the middle value of the moderate corrosion environment, the upper limit of the strong corrosion environment, the technical basis is selected according to the test results, the principle should be Not lower than the minimum value of the performance index in the technical standard.
3. Mixing method: This product can be mixed with cementitious material, sand, stone and water to mix and use evenly.
4. Mixing ratio design requirements: According to "Tie Jianshe Letter (2007) No. 1212 "High-performance Concrete Temporary Mixing Material Design Mixing Ratio"", SJ type anti-corrosion pumping agent is used. Strength grade: airtight concrete is C30~C35, anti-corrosion concrete is C25~C30; cement type is ordinary Portland cement ≥32.5R, anti-corrosion and anti-corrosion concrete can also choose slag cement, fly ash cement, pozzolan cement, When there is active reaction of alkali aggregate, ordinary Portland cement with alkali content < 0.6% and ≥ 32.5R should be used; in special cases, 15-25% grade I and II fly ash or 20-30% fly ash can be used The mixed slag powder or 5-10% silica powder will have better compound mixing effect; medium-coarse river sand should be used for sand, with a sand rate of 38-40% and a mud content of less than 2.0%; Crushed stone or pebbles, material diameter 5-25mm, mud content less than 1.0% or stone powder mud content less than 5.0%; using tap water, the water-binder ratio should be less than 0.45, and the air-tight concrete should be less than 0.40, the suitable water-binder ratio is 0.33-0.38, the slump value of concrete for pumping construction shall be 160-200mm, the water-cement ratio shall be reduced as much as possible, and the water consumption shall be determined according to the basic requirements of construction.
5. Pouring and vibrating: Forced mechanical agitation should be used for mixing, continuous pouring should minimize construction joints, and mechanical vibrating should be used. Bubble.
6. Maintenance: The anti-corrosion and anti-corrosion concrete must be continuously maintained for more than 14 days before the final setting is completed. Adequate maintenance of heat preservation and moisture is an important measure for anti-corrosion, anti-corrosion and air-tight concrete. Avoid construction below 5 °C and above 38 °C, and use maintenance One-time curing agent can significantly improve the durability of concrete's corrosion resistance, wear resistance, crack resistance, impermeability, frost resistance and airtightness.
