SJ type concrete waterproofing agent is composed of water-reducing, reinforcing, compacting, plastic-preserving and other components. It makes the concrete pumpable, and has good impermeability and crack resistance. It can be used for all kinds of waterproof concrete and mass concrete projects.
1. Technical performance
1. This product has a high water-reducing rate, with a water-reducing rate of 15~25%, and can be used to prepare impermeable high-strength concrete.
2. This product has significant plasticizing properties, and the loss of slump over time is small, so as to meet the requirements of pumped concrete and commercial concrete for the plastic preservation time of concrete mixtures.
3. This product does not contain harmful chemical components such as nitrite, and can be used in any concrete project, including drinking water projects.
4. Cement has good adaptability.
5. The appearance of the liquid product is colorless or slightly yellow, PH6-7. The powder product has a gray-brown appearance.
2. Scope of application and method of use
1. It is suitable for plastic concrete, pumping concrete and commercial concrete with impermeability and crack resistance requirements.
2. Dosage: 2.0~3.5% of cement dosage.
3. Mixing method: the liquid product can be added together with the mixing water or after the mixing water can be added.
4. Before use, according to the raw materials, production process and concrete strength grade, the best dosage must be tested in the laboratory.
3. Packaging and storage
1. Liquid products are packaged in iron drums or plastic drums, and powders are packaged in plastic woven bags.
2. Stored at normal temperature, valid for half a year.
